PTA Fundraising

Funds raised at PTA events enable our school to provide educational resources that benefit every child.  We raise over £10,000 annually, nearly half of that from our Christmas Fair alone. If you want to know more about what we do, please come along to the next PTA meeting in the School Staff Room. Everyone is welcome and the more the merrier!

Some of our PTA Members have retired as their children have gone up to Secondary School.  We need parents (especially P1 and P2) to come and join the PTA to help us maintain and maybe improve the level of fund-raising.  New members won’t be dropped in at the deep end.  We’ll introduce you to the events gently so you can see what we do and how we do it. Maybe in a few years we will have given you the confidence to take on one of the committee roles – it’s not as difficult as it seems.
By far the easiest way of helping us raise funds is through internet shopping. Raise money for us every time you shop
online with Amazon, M&S, Tesco and many more using  Click here to find out more. It can be even easier using the dedicated easyfundraising app.

Many companies run Community Funding or Matched Giving schemes offering to match any money raised by their employees for good causes in the local community.  If your company does this, why not join the PTA as the company representative so we can tap into that funding stream.

As we are  a registered charity we are able to take advantage of the Gift-Aid scheme to help raise funds directly to support key initiatives. Keep an eye out for further news in the near future.

There are many other ways you can do your bit to support the PTA especially if you have particular skills (website creation, accountancy, offering legal advice) or even supporting our events by baking or as a trader.  Please use our website to get in touch by visiting

Thank you for your continued support...we couldn’t do it without all of you! Best wishes, the PTA.
